How does he do it? Dilbert is consistently brilliant. Go and have a look. But I have to share 2 favourites.

'Heuristics' is a fancy term for rule of thumb, or approximate guideline.

I've got a book (published twelve years ago) called "The Dilbert Principle - a cubicle's-eye view of bosses, meetings, management fads & other workplace afflictions" by Scott Adams. I haven't finished reading it yet - I picked it up in a library giveaway recently - but what I have read is great.

What a great find! It is old, with a few quaint bits of gear, but the office politics is spot on (as usual).
